This is a 22W circular fluorescent that replaces the Floxite and Rialto brand #T5-22W. The lamp is a T5 (5/8 inch) diameter tube with a four pin connector with the pins facing inside the lamp. The outside diameter of the lamp is 7.25 inches

Very often lamp failure is caused by a bad power supply or switch. Please check these before ordering a new bulb. Note the collar is designed to swivel slightly from side to side for ease of installation, but cannot be rotated 180 degrees so the pins face inside- this requires a different lamp. Since the collar is loose, it may cause a rattle which does not affect the use or operation of the lamp.
